Association for Aid and Relief, Japan (AAR JAPAN)
is dedicated to assisting the people in the most vulnerable situation: this
is
the reason why AAR JAPAN increasingly focuses on one of the most vulnerable
groups among
refugees - people with disabilities (PWD). In refugee camps or post-conflict
societies, PWD often become the very last group to be cared for. For more
than 25 years,
AAR JAPAN has worked for PWD to strengthen their capacities in economical, psychological
and social contexts.
Through the activities to improve economical, mental and social self-reliance
of PWD, AAR JAPAN envisions a society where PWD fully and equally participate
and all
people live with dignity. |
